The tournament is open to amateur golfers who are full 18 hole financial members of golf clubs affiliated to NZ Golf.
Entries from overseas players will also be accepted provided they are affiliated to their national golfing organisation. All players are required to show evidence of a minimum of 20 rounds played prior to the commencement of the tournament (this can be supplied on entry by way of a scoring record from the player’s home club) and the Tournament Director may refuse any entry or amend a player’s handicap index if this condition is not met.
Handicap Limits - The maximum handicap Index is 36.4 for men and women.
Rules - The rules for the tournament will be the R&A Rules of Golf, plus any Local Rules in force at participating clubs.
Competition - The tournament is a 90 hole stableford competition played 18 holes each day. Prizes will be presented for daily rounds and series aggregate points in three men’s and two women’s handicap division.
